1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [3-5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event of a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, as most courier services will not process orders on bank holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time will be 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or delivery carrier delays. Expect slightly longer delivery times for remote locations compared to mainland UK, and deliveries may take an additional day or two.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. You can track your order by visiting ROYAL MAIL tracking and entering your tracking number.

Please note: we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:
AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10, KW14, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33, 49, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, KW5, KW11-13, FK18-21, PA36, PA40, PH30-32, PH34-41, PH50, HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
Unfortunately, we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or if there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., damaged or missing items), please contact our customer support team at info@thelastbite.co.uk within 24 hours. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customer-Requested Changes
Any changes made by the customer with the courier regarding the delivery will remain the responsibility of the customer. If goods are perished, damaged, or delayed due to any changes made by the customer, we will not be held responsible. Please ensure you are certain about your delivery preferences before making any adjustments.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete before submitting your order. The Last Bite cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery address information provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. If the Recipient is Not In
If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left at the delivery address with contact details for the courier to either re-arrange delivery or collect the package at the depot.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order before it ships.
